Collaborating with Smallwood on the Embassy TechVillage (ETV) project in Bengaluru is an exciting opportunity, especially considering that this project is a part of the larger ETV development. The scope encompasses not only office spaces but also Hilton Hotels, comprising both Four-star and Five-star accommodations. Importantly, this hotel component is strategically connected to the upcoming metro station on the Outer Ring Road (ORR), enhancing accessibility and convenience for visitors and occupants alike. Our collaboration with Smallwood begins with refining their initial concept through design development, detailing, and construction stages. We are tasked with ensuring seamless integration between the office spaces and the hotel, creating a cohesive environment that reflects the high standards expected of a best-in-class integrated development like ETV. Detailing efforts are focused on specifying materials, finishes, and construction techniques that meet the specific requirements of office and hospitality spaces. This includes considerations for interior design aesthetics, sustainability measures, MEP systems optimization, and landscape design that complements the overall vision of the project. As the project progresses into the construction phase, our joint efforts extend to overseeing construction activities and ensuring that the design intent is realized with precision. This includes managing quality control, adhering to timelines, and coordinating closely with stakeholders to address any challenges that may arise during the build-out process. The strategic connectivity of the Hilton Hotels with the upcoming metro station adds a layer of convenience and accessibility, enhancing the overall appeal of the ETV development as a vibrant and well-connected commercial and hospitality hub in Bengaluru. By leveraging the expertise of Smallwood and our collaborative approach, we are committed to delivering a project that not only meets but exceeds expectations, setting new standards for integrated developments in the region and contributing positively to Bengaluru's growth as a dynamic business and hospitality destination.
