The group was tasked with the responsibility of designing a series of shelters on the Laugavegur Trek in Iceland, to serve as refuges/reflection/relaxation for day trippers and backpackers, all while respecting the trekking ethos. Each shelter will need to be unique within itself, while also being recognizable as being part of the whole series of shelters. This project was conducted for students to gain a better understanding of the various Adobe Suites, most notably Photoshop and Illustrator. Students were given two rooms to design, and design both twice using a separate theme. For the purpose of this assignment, I decided to hone my designs in relation to "costal" and "farmhouse" designs.

Resources Used: SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Materials Room Students were tasked with creating a wall to memorialize the stories associated around the lakota tribe. The story that I decided to focus on surrounded that of lakota women. I also chose to see their story through the lens of a "changemaker" as to further assist in my abilities to recognize people who incite good change.
