At first glance, the entrance steals the spotlight, as it sets the tone for the entire residence. The design places a significant emphasis on creating a captivating entrance that greets guests with a sense of awe and wonder. The interplay of natural stone walls, carefully curated greenery, and thoughtfully positioned lighting create an enchanting ambiance, making every arrival a truly memorable experience.
From the moment you set your eyes on the mansion, its exterior exudes a refined sophistication. The subtle modern touch complements the stately proportions, creating an aura of effortless elegance that is sure to captivate all who behold it. The combination of gray stucco and polished wood finishes showcases a delicate balance of textures and hues, adding depth and visual interest to the facade.
This design was tailored to suit a young family looking for a modern-styled Mediterranean-style home that is both stylish and comfortable. Their choice was to use natural materials like wood finish and polished concrete to create a look that is both stylish and rustic. The walls are white to give the home a bright and airy feel.
The project is a two-story, 12,000 square foot building located in the mountains of Kyrenia, in Cyprus. The building's location gives it a better view of the Mediterranean Sea, and the design was inspired by the architecture of the area. The building was constructed using a modular system, which allowed for quick and easy assembly.
This project sought to create a social housing project that was not only affordable but also visually appealing and engaging. To achieve this, we designed the project with a focus on natural light and ventilation. Additionally, we used a variety of materials and colors to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for the people of Nicosia, Cyprus. During the course of this project, I was the lead responsible for creating 3D models and visualization that will accurately represent the proposed design and showcase its potential impact.
