East Winter Garden, FL
This is a professional project done as part of the team at Dover, Kohl, and Partners. The City of Winter Garden hired Dover, Kohl, and Partners to revitalize their neighborhood. At the East Winter Garden charrette held on June 2-4, 2022, stakeholders were invited to the Kick-Off Presentation and Hands-On Design Session. Over 110 residents, city leaders, elected officials, and local stakeholders gathered at the Winter Garden City Hall for the event.
Street Design Book
Illustrated 3D Street Views for the book "Street Design: The Secret to Great Cities and Streets - Second Edition" authored by John Massengale and Victor Dover, to be published by WILEY. The supervisor for this work was Victor Dover.
The Village at Solana
The Village at Solana is an 80-acre development nestled in the heart of Westlake, TX, seamlessly connected to the Plaza at Solana designed by the renowned architect, Ricardo Legorreta. This project provides a sense of community living with a focus on fostering connectivity, walkability, and sustainability.
