Previously approved structural drawings from Muscat Municipality wasn't able to carry the building as a mass, so we did here re-calculate the entire building " villa ". Some of architectural drawing also were changed asper the new columns appeared in some areas and some of wall has been increased in thickness wise to hide columns which also were been increased by its thickness. The project got approved with its final modification from Muscat Municipality since 22/ Nov /2022.
