Responsibilities: - Developing and preparing architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, and specifications - Preparing development permits, and building permits, issued for construction drawing packages (Coordinating all city comments) - RFIs, site instructions, shop drawing review - Addressing site issues - Collaborating with external engineering consultants - Managing the document storage and versioning in the provided software
