The project consists of two masses, a slender one of 32 floors with sea views that contains the residential and hotel program and a second of 4 floors for office use. The ground floor of both bulks is connected by a shopping mall and contains multiple stores. Main tasks assigned: Revit modelling including areas and rooms model related to excel tables. Document presentation and commercial dossiers.
