The project consists of two masses, a slender one of 32 floors with sea views that contains the residential and hotel program and a second of 4 floors for office use. The ground floor of both bulks is connected by a shopping mall and contains multiple stores. Main tasks assigned: Revit modelling including areas and rooms model related to excel tables. Document presentation and commercial dossiers.

Two blocks with 143 aparments of up to 15 floors. Main tasks assigned: Apartment units design development, Revit modelling, including areas and rooms models related to Excel tables, document presentation and model sharing in Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 CDEs.
Eneo Residences
