This bungalow design draws inspiration from extensive research on tropical modern bungalows in Malaysia, allowing me to incorporate elements and principles from these architectural styles into my own unique and innovative design, resulting in a harmonious fusion of modern aesthetics and tropical sensibilities.

Designed to accommodate the needs of a modern family, the bungalow features five spacious bedrooms, a welcoming dining hall for shared meals and gatherings, and a convenient three-person car park, providing ample space and functionality to ensure a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.

The upper floor of the bungalow also includes a thoughtfully designed balcony, offering a serene and inviting space for the residents to engage in various activities, such as relaxation, reading, or enjoying the surrounding views, adding an extra dimension to the living experience and enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
