The Residential District on Detroit Waterfront is made of two twisting towers, one office and one residential joined by a podium that is actually a hotel and a commercial area. The towers are connected by a series of bridges that float on the water. The podium houses a hotel and a commercial area that connects to the Detroit Riverwalk.
