The main goal is benefiting the hotel to accommodate anyone who visits and anyone around it—having enough room on the first floor to incorporate multi–use. The building is a standard rectangular shape, and the first floor's entrance is recessed, protecting those who stand underneath it. The building also has varieties in-room able to be accommodated any user. With an abyss, it looks below the reception desk and above the skylight.
