Are you searching for a pleasant and well-designed workspace in Warsaw? Then this project is perfect for you. It has been specifically created to meet the needs of people who want to work in a comfortable environment. The project features two layouts for tenants A and B, which are connected centrally for enhanced collaboration. In addition to the layouts, the project also includes an analysis of the site and the urban context. You will find sections, elevations, and 3D renders of the building, which will give you a clear idea of what the workspace will look like. The project also contains all the necessary regulations and rules for modern office design, as per the guidelines set by Rolfe Judd Architecture and CB Richard Ellis. These are global businesses with extensive experience in the planning, design, and management of office buildings.
Utilizing a parametric facade allows individuals to adjust the amount of sunlight that enters a building to meet their specific requirements. This is accomplished through the use of computer algorithms and software to create a customizable and unique structure. The benefits of a parametric facade include greater control over energy consumption and efficiency, particularly in areas with high levels of sunlight. The design can be optimized to allow more sunlight to enter during winter months, while minimizing direct sunlight during the summer to maintain cooler indoor temperatures and reduce the need for air conditioning. Ultimately, the use of a parametric facade promotes a more sustainable and adaptable building design that can accommodate the changing needs of its occupants and the environment.
The building is located in the heart of Warsaw, alongside Foksal Street. The height has been adjusted to match the neighboring buildings: a maximum of 20.1 meters on Foksal Street and a maximum of 30 meters on Wspólna Street. The area of the plot is approximately 3000 square meters.
