The reason for designing a cultural center was to investigate how to design a building that can accommodate a variety of different cultural events and activities. And make this place one of the most visited places at least in Poland. To achieve this goal, I had to find unique design solutions, that my building more attractive than the surrounding areas by inspiring futuristic and organic shapes. This project contains building itself, developing initial design concepts and sketches for the cultural center, and taking into account the programming and site analysis. Also, the site planning stage towards to final design, detailed working plans, elevations, 3d renderings, sections, and a description on the complete work.
The proposed project aims to design a residential and commercial space located in Pulawska street in Warsaw. The project site is situated in 6 Spierpnia and is close to the airport. The site analysis of the existing condition was conducted to determine the design and construction possibilities for the plot. The site's limited height allowance of only 3-4 stories high is one of the significant considerations in the project design. The project's objective is to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing urban space that satisfies the needs of both residential and commercial purposes. The site's proximity to the airport requires special attention to the design's acoustic and noise reduction features.
The multi-storey residential buildings are located at 1 Sierpnia in Warsaw, Poland. The main goal of the project was to create a modern residential complex for comfortable living for people. After analyzing the environment, it became clear that the site is located near the airport in an actively developed area, which is considered an elite residential area. There is a bus stop and a railway station nearby, making the movement of residents convenient. The neighboring buildings on the west side have an average building height of up to 10 floors, so it was decided to design two identical 10-storey buildings. The buildings have one underground floor with a parking lot for 34 cars. Commercial premises are located on the ground floor level, including shops, a gym, and a cafeteria. The buildings consist of 63 apartments for the permanent residence of families. The top floor consists of five studio apartments for rent with large green terraces. Stone and fabricated concrete panels were used to finish the facades. Large floor-to-ceiling windows unite the exterior and interior and allow sufficient sunlight to enter the rooms.
Are you searching for a pleasant and well-designed workspace in Warsaw? Then this project is perfect for you. It has been specifically created to meet the needs of people who want to work in a comfortable environment. The project features two layouts for tenants A and B, which are connected centrally for enhanced collaboration. In addition to the layouts, the project also includes an analysis of the site and the urban context. You will find sections, elevations, and 3D renders of the building, which will give you a clear idea of what the workspace will look like. The project also contains all the necessary regulations and rules for modern office design, as per the guidelines set by Rolfe Judd Architecture and CB Richard Ellis.
