Project
It has been conceived that the new object will blend with the urban silhouette of the area. The style will be modern minimalist with Mediterranean motifs, with light colors. It is also proposed to use catise, which, in addition to the aesthetic function, will also have the role of shaders in the summer season.

The interior solution is meant to be in a minimalist style and organized on two levels. Level 0 will consist of services of various which will contribute a little in meeting the requirements of the service area. The entrance to the facility will be made with side of the external stairs.
The first floor will include a living room (Living Room + Kitchen + Dining) 2 bedrooms. The spaces of exteriors that are formed as a result of urban conditions will be balconies.
The materials used will be reinforced concrete for the slabs, perforated bricks with low thermal conductivity along with thermal insulation for the masonry, which itself will be covered with plaster. The outdoor environment will be paved with stone tiles. Inside the building, wood will be used for flooring. Lighting will be realized through large glass windows.
