This project was very interesting because I learned how to draw a demolition plan for an existing plan. During the process, I learned how to draw the demolition plan and how to separate the existing building from the new design, in a technical drawing. This project was for a commercial office building, which was one story. I added a stair tower and a second floor, including two apartment units and on the ground floor I removed some walls and added some offices, all while following the OBC, for the fire separation and the insulation requirements.
