The study area lacks the necessary infrastructure and facilities, such as theaters, multipurpose function spaces, conference spaces, and gallery exhibitions, hence the decline of the region's culture. The results of the findings revealed that poor ventilation and acoustics, poor security, and high theft rates deter residents from using existing event venues.
