1. Senior Design Manager, Arup 2021-Present : DM work

I currently work as Senior Design Manager and lead a team of ASMEP Arup specialists and am responsible for the design leadership; client relationship management and commercial management (as PM) across a number of projects in the Housing Retrofit and Science Sector. My Design Management experience convers RIBA Stages 0 to 5 and includes both JCT Traditional/ D&B as well as NEC Traditional Procurement. In addition, I have been a part of Arup’s UK Retrofit at Scale Taskforce, confronting the complex system challenge of retrofitting UK building stock at scale to meet Arup’s net zero commitments, whilst also seeking to deliver aggregated benefits to local communities through a place-based approach to transformational change.

2. Senior Architect, Arup 2018-Present : Architecture Work

I joined Arup at 2018. In Arup, apart from Design Management I have also been working as Senior Architect across various sectors, including Commercial, Leisure and Transport, RIBA Stages of Works 0-6, and have proved myself to be highly effective in both leading concept design as well as the multi-disciplinary coordination of large, fast-track, multi-disciplinary construction projects.

3. Residential Project Architect, Populous 2018

I was brought in at Populous as experienced Project Architect in charge of the residential component (c. 2,000 units) of a mixed-use sport-driven masterplan in Twickenham, London, RIBA Stages 1-3. My responsibilities included delivering the full residential design in Revit, providing the Client with additional acquisition appraisals, and liaising with Planners to present the scheme to the Council and stakeholders.

4. Architect, John McAslan and Partners, London 2014-2017

At John McAslan I developed a passion for existing buildings and context responsive design. I gained confidence in working on UK residential and mixed use medium to large scale projects (£20 million +). I have achieved a good design-based experience of all RIBA Stages of Works 0-6. I gained knowledge of negotiating planning on large scale residential and mixed use schemes, good knowledge of housing standards and design as well as construction detailing. I also gained design experience in the UK transport sector having worked with TfL on several feasibility studies. I gained experience in achieving BREEAM excellent status on projects. I acquired good client facing skills. I have also undertaken CDM training and am able to work within a CDM policy.
