This was my semester long “Mini-Thesis” project. The project was about creating a car exhibition space that welcomes social interaction through the car and driving experience. This proposal would be located at 800S and State St. (Former Sears location) The use of car ramps is to allow drivers to push their cars before showing it off in a large open showroom. There is a gas station, car wash, and cafe along the car ramps which is meant to introduce typical car culture interests: maintaining, cleaning, interacting, and driving.
