A big spacious villa designed with modern outlook with mezzanine level for extra accommodation. The space can be used for private as well as public gatherings. The use of minimalist detailing, exposed structural elements, and generous circulation in spaces reinforces the building’s modern identity.
The Villa expresses a contemporary architectural character through bold roof planes, clean geometric forms, and a thoughtful integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. The composition is defined by expansive sloping roofs with deep overhangs that provide shade while creating a striking visual profile. A mezzanine level introduces additional accommodation and spatial flexibility, making the villa suitable for both private living and large social gatherings.
This side elevation highlights the villa’s most distinctive architectural feature—a dramatic triangular cantilevered balcony at mezzanine level that projects outward to create a bold visual statement. Supported by slender structural columns, the elevated terrace appears to float above the landscape, enhancing the building’s sense of lightness and openness. The expansive roof plane extends well beyond the built envelope, providing shade and reinforcing the horizontal character of the design.
This rear elevation highlights the villa’s contemporary design philosophy through its interplay of bold roof forms, elevated living spaces, and expansive corridor space. The rear façade is characterized by open balconies and generous corridors that extend the living areas. Slender structural columns elevate portions of the building, creating covered parking and shaded circulation spaces below. Transparent railings, minimalist detailing, and a restrained material palette contribute to the villa’s modern aesthetic, while the surrounding greenery reinforces its relationship with nature and provides a tranquil setting for both private living and larger gatherings.
