PARKING

The parking not required by the brief which obviously refers to parking spaces on the surface was built underground and consists of 4 floors for approximately 650 parking spaces

Terrace roof

The terrace roof from which the two stairwells emerge is used as a heliport for helicopters and on it are installed wind turbines which have the aim of contributing to the building's energy needs for heating, lighting, hot water ventilation, etc. On it there is a sturdy protective parapet with a height of 150cm like the railings and the flourish of the overhangs.
