This was a case study of the Farnsworth House. This project started with research on the design and inspiration for the house. Once I finished the research I moved on to making drawings of the house based on the measurements and documents I found online. The drawings below belong to me, they are based on the real drawings. Lastly, I made a detailed model of the notorious I-beam, which is seen throughout the building. The model is made out of laminated basswood sheets. This project was presented in front of a panel of architects, professors, and students. It was well received and given an A.
