The restoration of Awtar Center in Rafidia, Nablus, brought new life to a historic structure dating back to the Crusader period. The building comprises two floors: the lower floor, once used as an olive oil press with storage wells for oil, and the upper floor, which initially served as a residence and was later inhabited by the Dewani family. Through careful restoration efforts, the site has been transformed into an art and music hub, now operated by the Awtar Community Center, blending its rich historical past with modern cultural activities.
