The conservation of Alburaq Restaurant in the Old City of Jerusalem focused on preserving an ancient structure that has roots dating back to the Roman period, with notable Crusader architectural elements. Originally used as a stable, the site required significant excavation work to reveal its historical layers. Approximately 4 meters of rubble were carefully removed, unveiling the original floor. This restoration effort highlights the blend of historical influences in the building and its importance within the heritage of Jerusalem.
