The Residences at Seaway, located at the north end of The Surf Club, are characterized by two stone structures that harmoniously blend with the surrounding landscape through their exterior and interior design. Designed by Joseph Dirand, this boutique collection of 34 homes fuses classic European modernism with contemporary comfort, offering timeless quality. Behind the elegant stone and glass façade, the residences feature sculpted ocean-view terraces and spacious interiors. Seaway benefits from Four Seasons service, with additional amenities available at The Surf Club next door, linked by a lush tropical landscape designed by renowned Belgian landscape architect Peter Wirtz.
