888 Brickell Avenue, a collaboration between JDS Development and Studio Sofield, redefines luxury with its hybrid hotel and condominium design. Towering at 1,049 feet, it’s the tallest building in Miami, distinguished by its elegant façade of ivory travertine, white stucco, and matte black steel beams. The building features a striking gold beaded “necklace” at street level, inspired by modernist skyscrapers and mid-century design. The grand porte cochère, adorned with gold leaf and travertine, offers a warm welcome with white-glove service, creating an unparalleled, exuberant arrival experience.
