Situated in the vibrant city of Tempe at the bustling intersection of Southern and Mill, the Danelle Plaza Revitalization project breathes new life into a site that has been earmarked for enhancement since 1960. This ambitious urban redevelopment transforms the central hub into a plaza-style destination, merging cultural, recreational, and commercial elements to foster community engagement and urban renewal. The centerpiece of the plaza is an adaptable stage designed for an array of performances and events, encircled by twin art buildings on the west side that provide venues for artistic exhibitions and creative workshops. To the east, sister buildings house rooftop bars offering sweeping vistas, a variety of dining establishments from casual eateries to fine dining, and an eclectic mix of shops that enhance the local retail landscape. The entire plaza is framed by extensive green spaces, providing lush, serene areas for relaxation and socializing while underscoring the project’s commitment to sustainability.
