In 2018, Aqaba witnessed significant growth in the tourism sector, with an increase in the number of visitors. In response, the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) directed its efforts towards meeting the needs of tourists. They introduced initiatives aimed at attracting and encouraging continuous tourism by addressing the desires and requirements of visitors.
The architectural direction of the region is clearly defined, particularly in the use of colors and sandy hues, reflecting the architectural style of the area.
It is evident that we have successfully incorporated the desired aesthetic direction for the region into the architectural facades. This is achieved through the application of earthy tones on the building exteriors, accompanied by the introduction of wooden awnings and wooden beverage stations to integrate elements of the region's Arab architectural heritage.
The ground and basement floor plans are specifically allocated for restaurants and cafes, catering to the needs of tourists within the hotel and the surrounding area.
The upper floor plans are designated for hotel rooms, featuring terraces overlooking the beach at the rear and the historic Old Town area at the front, shaded by wooden awnings.
