Eco Colonizers

Category: Landscape & Urbanism

This utopia envisions a series of parasitic archi-creatures that populate old and new structures of a metropolis in the aftermath of climate change. This city decided to go bold with sustainability measures and lifted what it could from the soil to leave space for ecosystems to thrive as a preventive measure against floods and also for water storage and treatment. Most of the city is composed of a combination of tall structures, large warehouses and dense alleys. The various whimsical devices that apear as spheres, boxes or organic growth host several energetic and biological functionalities for the city's inhabitants, who can also enjoy such infrastructure for leisure or sometimes inhabiting.
