A luxury mountain-top retreat developed for a high-level government client and administration team. The project was fully modeled in Revit and rendered with Enscape, featuring a central hotel with panoramic views, alongside private chalets and cottage villas spread across the mountainside. The concept combines contemporary architecture with the dramatic landscape, balancing community spaces with secluded guest experiences.
From the main entrance, guests are immediately drawn to a dramatic sloping mountain panorama revealed at the rear of the hotel. The ground-floor restaurant opens onto a wide terrace, creating an elevated dining space that blends with the landscape. Just below, a swimming pool terrace extends further down the slope, offering a seamless connection between architecture, leisure, and the surrounding nature.
