Contemporary living space. The new unit gives the user a calm way of living conferred through its materials and form of it. The Loggoas double as home offices. The building's facade uses parametrical shapes that can gradually adapt for privacy and shade. The implementation of the plants n the facade gives an ecological aspect to the building. The loggias offer through the big openings the possibility to receive deliveries via drones, creating a seamless and futuristic experience for residents.
The contemporary living space is located in the midst of two traditional residential buildings. The loggias on the first floor of each building double as functional home offices. The ceilings are high, and the walls are made of glass to allow natural light to flood in. The floors are covered in wood plank flooring, which gives the space a warm and inviting feel.
