It gains importance as a search to create spatial formations specific to place, texture, and culture by leaving conventional construction techniques. Also, utopia benefits from urban elements for sustainable construction and spatializes it by considering social and environmental factors. Consequently, the public spaces, including educational, communal, and residential areas, offer a dynamic living experience for its citizens. While the utopia utilizes the bending of topography and urban elements to create spaces, it also takes into account various scales.
