The block sections of the residential building of the blocked development are designed from the conditions of their settlement by one family and provide for the presence of residential and utility rooms. The overall dimensions of the residential and utility rooms of the block section are determined depending on what is necessary to ensure the life of one family, placed taking into account ergonomic, sanitary and hygienic standards and aesthetic requirements. The compact form of the building is used, which provides a significant reduction in the consumption of thermal energy for heating the building. The roof of the building is flat, operated with an internal drain.

Blocked residential buildings

The external and internal appearance of the object was developed in accordance with the design assignment, urban planning regulations, technical regulations. The project provides for four residential houses of blocked development in 3, 7 and 6 block sections. The whole complex consists of 22 residential buildings. The entrance to each block-section of the projected block-built residential building is provided separately for each section.

Master plan with houses

The design site is located in the northern part of Sestroretsk, is bounded by local streets and has no pronounced relief. Low-rise residential buildings are located outside the boundaries of the site.
