Concept Development

Our keywords are connectivity, harmony and immersion which we tried to reflect in the building shell itself. By starting off with a basic mass, we were able to create a dynamic shape by pushing and pulling at its surface at different levels. From that the circulation was developed to adapt to the surrounding site.

The central atrium serves as the heart of the building promoting connectivity. It also houses the buildings light funnel built using structural steel allowing for light to be dispersed throughout the building.
