Environmental Concept: To set new standards for sustainability by demonstrating a building that can adapt to climate change. Natural and cross ventilation through 3 courts was implemented through a part of porous to bring air to all parts of the building as well as double wall. The special facade consisting of oppositely inclined, blue-tinged double glass low coated argon and photovoltaic elements has been designed to perfectly suit the orientation and incidence of solar radiation as well in the two slanted forms . For parts of the elevation vertical shading devices were used to protect from the sun. High reflective materials on the roof was used as well as an extensive green roof in order to reduce the building’s cooling energy consumption and improve air quality.
