Beehives in New York, is a residential concept of Hexagonal living spaces inspired by Honeycombs. These portable, prefabricated modular spaces are designed to plug into the city and are meant to create a new style of urban environment. This means that they can be customized to fit the needs of each individual and adapt to any existing dense urban fabric. The powerful principles of the now-demolished Nakagin Capsule Tower still resonate throughout the architecture community. Through the power of AI, these beehives, are conceptualized as a homage to the classic capsules in Tokyo, and are now discovering their new home and form in Manhattan, New York.

The Honeycomb inspired Hexagonal Apartments, as seen from a street in New York, are a unique addition to the cityscape. The hexagonal design is both futuristic and eye-catching, and the apartments themselves are well-suited for those who want to be close to the city but need some privacy and flexibility.
Plug and Stay
These Cellular Pods are a series of modular, prefabricated units that can be attached to existing buildings extending capacities and utilizing facades of dense urban fabrics. The pods are made of lightweight materials, and can be assembled in minutes using simple tools. They can be easily detached, moved, stacked, allowing for quick and easy adaptation to changing needs.

By using Artificial Intelligence, the project can determine the parameters of each window based on its angle and viewpoint, proximity to surroundings as well as individual personal preferences, creating a customised unique sensory experience for the inhabitants.
Cellular Pods
The Cell, inspired from the core unit of a Honeycomb, is a unique comfortable environment, designed to provide accessible comfortable living space for the toiling worker of New York, saving travelling time and lowering living costs.
Inside Outside
To compliment the captivating New York City skyline, the pods are designed as both efficient and comfortable, maximizing productivity for thousands of people who work and live in them every day. These are designed to be both indoor and outdoor spaces, with an ergonomic design that allows for a sense of openness and natural light.

The Interiors of the Hive hold numerous possibilities, creating vibrant high quality spaces bringing in natural light uplifting the spirits of occupants. Beehives in New York, is an artificial intelligent project inspired by nature, creating an Artificial Nature that utilizes numerous sets of data, tangible and non-tangible, into a combined thought process, and in a near future can be achieved intelligently resolving living, working and leisure requirements of dense urban fabrics.
