It serves as a place for individuals to take a moment to rest, enjoy the surrounding scenery, and engage with others. Concrete is the primary construction material, while glass is utilized for the railing. The building's leveling design incorporates the contour of the site and features a unique zigzag form, which evokes a sense of wonder and curiosity in its users. The building's layout includes two separate observation decks at the top of the hill, each offering a different view of the scenery.
