Two brothers who live in walled city with their joint family setup till date wanted to move out in outer colony having a big, contemporary, “duplex” bungalow, close to nature & having all Modern amenities with high & comfortable living. They had two adjacent plots (plot # 16 & 17) in “palm court” scheme (a gated community) in jagatpura, jaipur. Total plot admeasuring around 1300 sq. M. (580 Sq. M. & 720 Sq. M.) Land. The site is fairly a flat land (around 600 mm deep from road level) with a little vegetation of not much commercial & environmental value.
