Project
A new fine arts school is under construction in a suburban town. The center will feature a theater for performances by the local high school theater department, as well as a smaller theater for local independent theater companies. The building will be designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible, using rainwater harvesting and solar panels to generate electricity.
Site Plan
The project is a fine arts high school in the educational area of Al Sufouh. The site plan illustrates the organization of the building into three main areas: a public plaza, the theater, and an educational area. The top view shows the layout of the public plaza and the different types of buildings on the site.

The section shows the structure of the fly tower of a theater at the top. The shadows cast by the tower and the shading device create an interesting visual.
