CITY-TWIST is a mixed-use building that contains a large mall and an office tower that lies in the heart of El Alamein city and is located in a very unique place, with 2 main roads that connect the city from the north coast to Alexandria along with the beautiful calming sea that is unfortunately distant. The architecture of the project is based on the idea of twisting and turning to create a flowing and organic form. The mall occupies the lower level of the building and features a large variety of stores, while the office tower is located on the upper level and features stunning views of the sea.
The project is a new mixed-use development in the city center of a major metropolitan area. The project consists of a mix of residential, commercial, and institutional uses on a thirteen-acre site. The design goal was to create a pedestrian-friendly environment that supports the surrounding community and environment. The project includes a public park at its heart, which will be used for recreation and events.
The animated video for City-Twist shows the form development and The Exterior and interior of the project. The video starts with a model of the proposed building, followed by a 3D rendering of how it will look when completed. The video shows how the building will be animated, with different sections of the building moving and rotating to illustrate how it will look from different angles. Finally, the video shows how the building will be illuminated in the morning, with different colors and patterns changing to create a festive atmosphere.
