Misc BIM projects ranging from BIM execution plans to modeling, quantity take off, coordination, 4D and 5D simulations and much more. Those projects were complex and large scale (5-12 buildings in each one). Many of them are highly confidential so I Just included few screenshots without indicating location or nature of those projects. Though you can still see the level of detail and different trades that I had to coordinate and manage their execution.
1-Revit modeling of second skin composite panels-2021
i did this project in 2020. The Client had a conflict with the contractor about the actual executed area of those composite panels and how they should be priced. They were originally modeled using Autocad, so the contractor asked me to model them in Revit and compute the exact area and quantity of each panel type ( They had 3 major design types). So I modeled the skin for 5 buildings in one week period and extracted the exact areas using complex formuls. The dispute was settled and the contractor earned more money than he claimed in the beginning after obtaining the correct areas of those irregular shaped panels. :)

**In this project I was responsible for managing the architectural department while coordinating with other deprtments ( MEP & Structure) While performing clash detection, advanced family modeling, staff assistance and mentoring, 4D & 5D data integration and much more.

Modeling and coordination for all the buildings at AbuDhabi Rail Way station (Total of 12 Buildings). I was head of team responsible for modeling all tades (Architectural, Structural & MEP) of all the buildings, run clash detection and deliver clash free models at LOD 350
