A Villa modeled and animated to the tiniest detail

A demo of how I execute my BIM Execution Plan (BEP) using an online platform instead of static PDF format.

A Simulation showing the different building trades ( Architectural, Structural and MEP) Coordinated and modeled in a high detail, clash free mode. If something to be done, IT SHOULD BE WELL DONE :)

A Community mall (1200sqm) Fully designed, modeled and executed by me. The project was designed from shipping containers and was executed withing 75 days only. I was the constrcution manager of the project. I used revit and Lumion to model and visulaise it, VR Simulations to design the stores interiors and I awarded the project to several subcontractors, managed the ongoing daily work until the last day (Check attached images of sitte before and after execution)

5.I Designed this project recently and modeled it using Revit Software. I then Extracted bill of quantities and ordered the materials from China based on this BOQ ( Steel Structure, EPS wall panels, Solar lights and much more). i Animated the project using Lumion 12.0 and got the project awarded to me based on this animation :) The Project is located outside Abidjan-CI and is in progress and expected to finish in August 2023
