Greatly inspired by the architecture building in sekeping serendah, which is a very good example when it comes to bringing architecture and nature together, well thought of space, color, texture, function, and effect of every design and applied wisely in order to bring us closer to the nature.

In attaining openness and minimalism, stills are widely used as an essential vertical structure to lift up and support the slab and roof constructing the sheds. Trees are integrated in the sheds to provide a direct and intimate sensation of staying in the forest, thus giving a different experience and stimulating moment that connects with the nature.

The usage of glass has opened up the view to a maximum range which allows the guests to have the feel of being one with nature, a sense of openness due to its uniqueness of transparency.

Natural lighting has been widely utilized in retreat design. The natural lighting not only increases the visual impact of brightening up the dull and cold spaces but also invites warmness into the sheds.
