NEO Villa is a conceptual exploration of the future of residential living, envisioned through the philosophy of minimalist futurism. Set against the serene hills of Batroun, Lebanon, the project embodies the dialogue between architecture and nature, where structure becomes a frame for peace, light, and emotion. It is a home designed not just to be inhabited, but to be experienced, a sanctuary of clarity, reflection, and balance. The design’s language is rooted in purity of form and spatial openness. Every surface, proportion, and material has been composed with intent. Soft concrete textures, full-height glazing, and linear geometries work in harmony to dissolve the threshold between interior and exterior, allowing natural light to animate the space throughout the day. The villa becomes a living sculpture, its volumes interlocking and unfolding to create visual rhythm, movement, and silence. Cantilevered edges and shaded courtyards bring a sense of levitation and intimacy, while sustainability is expressed not through technology alone, but through restraint, in the reduction of excess and the amplification of essentials: air, space, and light. NEO Villa’s philosophy is rooted in the idea that modern architecture should calm the mind and awaken the senses. The interior design of the Broummana Villa embodies a refined balance of modern sophistication and timeless comfort. Every space has been meticulously crafted to create an atmosphere of calm elegance, where natural materials and thoughtful detailing come together in perfect harmony. The palette is centered around crisp white walls, warm wood finishes, and soft neutral tones, resulting in a bright, welcoming environment that reflects both simplicity and depth. The design emphasizes the relationship between light, texture, and proportion. Sunlight filters through large openings, accentuating the delicate grain of the wood and the subtle sheen of the marble surfaces. The living area features a commanding Nero Marquina marble chimney, serving as both a sculptural centerpiece and a visual anchor that brings contrast and sophistication to the space. Its dark, veined surface introduces a dramatic element that elevates the overall mood while maintaining balance with the softer surroundings. Luxury and artistry intertwine through the use of Patagonia open-book marble, showcasing organic veining and natural patterns that transform the surface into a piece of art. This statement feature complements the clean lines of the cabinetry and the functionality of the layout, enhancing both beauty and practicality. Every design choice in the Broummana Villa reflects a pursuit of understated luxury, a home that feels contemporary yet rooted in warmth, modern yet intimate. It’s a space where architecture meets emotion, and where materiality tells the story of refined living.
