National center for leadership in environmental protection The project is located on a land in the suburb of Qudsaya, countryside of Damascus, Syria, with an area of 7,700 square meters and an inclination rate of 10%. The project consists of the following sections: - The department of the general administration responsible for leadership in environmental protection, which is represented by the offices of administrators, a multi-use hall, a lecture hall that can accommodate 250 people, a public cafeteria that can accommodate 70 people, public services, panoramic transportation elements, the environmental guidance center and media services to organize exhibitions. - Public Administration - Administrative Affairs Permanent and temporary exhibitions Development and modernization department -Information center - library
Vertical Mixed-use Development
This building is located in the Jamarek area in Damascus, syria. on a land of 16,000 square meters, The building includes a commercial and social section (podium): - 40 commercial stores - center for citizen service - CO-housing space - wedding hall that can accommodate 400 people with its services - A multi-use hall - children’s play area, and a 700-square-meter supermarket. In addition to the investment section It contains investment hotel apartments distributed over eleventh floors, and varies from studio apartments to one- and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to duplex apartments. The building also contains a technical floor and two basements: - The first basement contains a supermarket, shops, and warehouses - The second basement contains warehouses and parking spaces for 60 cars, as well as an emergency shelter.
