Warm humid climate was the task in this project. existing house was having 90 dollars bill every month on electricity too hot and no day lighting in ground floor existing building had an atm. So when i designed with clay block due to frontage was 2 m all other sides was having buildings close to wall to wall construction so big task to ventilate and day light the spaces. owner had 96 sqm of terrace which has to be converted into one 1bhk and 2 bhk. so choosen clay block for time lag and heat sink. it worked well and planning was done to cool the home by passive cooling Incorporated more jalli openings larger windows. white interior for well lit. budget was 19 k dollars which was even more harder for low cost energy efficient home yet i guided client not to paint or plaster spend more on aesthetics rather on basic needs. as project electricity bill is 19 dollars complete house. due to reduce in heat and electricity load caused by day light and ventilation. gf and 1 bhk was rented for revenue generation over all client was happy
The client commissioned the design of a sustainable home in order to cut the heat off and to perform well in summer. Proper ventilation and daylighting were planned to help with this. Aesthetic as planned to symbolise Indian tradition.

The client of this project was expecting a sleek and modern glitz retail outlet for men. In order to achieve this, we had to take into account the client's specific desires and requirements. We designed the project around a sleek, modern aesthetic, featuring a large glass window fronting the street that allows passersby to view the store. The interior of the store is designed with a high-end feel, with sleek black and white marble floors and walls. The client was happy with the final product, and we were able to give them a design that closely matched their expectations.
The luxury board room are designed with the natural elements in mind. The board room is inspired by the trees and branches of a forest, with the floor, walls, and ceiling covered in a lush green carpet. The VIP room is designed to look like a clearing in the woods, with natural wood furniture and flooring, and a large window that opens to let in the fresh air.
