ALIS Architecture is a boutique architecture firm seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and development of our projects. We are based on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida and engage in work on both East and West coasts, with project types ranging from custom single-family homes to small scale multi-family, planned community developments, and light commercial. Each project has a customized approach to its unique context, as we constantly explore new ideas and strategies to create distinctive architecture.
The Role
As our Lead Project Manager, you will manage the design, budget, and execution of our architectural and real estate development projects. You will work with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
The Opportunity
Have you dreamed about working on a wide range of projects instead of working on the same type of projects? Do you like to work on a small team where all your capabilities can be brought into play? Do you like to lead and deliver exceptional results? We offer a competitive compensation package, health insurance and paid time off. Additionally, our firm offers a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results to our clients and strive to maintain a culture of excellence and productivity, where you are empowered to innovate and take ownership of their work. If you have a passion for delivering timeless architecture and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
The Requirements
You have a minimum of five years track record in managing architecture projects from design through construction. You are an advanced Revit user and have full understanding of how to create information-rich models for the production of detailed construction documents. You understand the importance of relationships and are laser focused on achieving high quality outcomes. Your partners enjoy dealing with you as you keep everyone on track with detailed planning and instructions.
