Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of interior architecture projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients to capture their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically compelling spaces.
Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local building codes and standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors, engineers, and other consultants.
Stay current on industry trends and incorporate sustainable design solutions where applicable.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior architecture, with a strong portfolio of residential and hospitality projects.
Extensive experience in producing construction drawings and technical plans, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
A strong sense of design, materials, and construction methods, with attention to detail.
Portfolio Requirements:
A comprehensive portfolio including detailed construction drawings of interior projects (plans, sections, elevations, and construction details).
