Hung Phat 8 - The Garden Park
This project consists of 249 villas and shophouses, designed in a modern architectural style. Additionally, there is a clubhouse included with a spacious and modern space that can be used for events and gatherings.
Zeitgeist City - Nha Be
The project includes works: main gate, 3 clubhouses, 377 villas, and shophouses with diverse architectural styles, but still suitable for each other. The main gate is a monumental structure made of granite and glass, with a total area of almost 200 square meters. The three clubs are designed in a modern style and are perfect for hosting events and gatherings. The 377 villas and shophouses are located in different parts of the property, each with its unique style. They are all built in Neo-Classic style, but with modern amenities and features. The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
Mekong Delta Agricultural Products Exhibition Center
The graduation project is a two-story, 59,000-square-foot exhibition center that will support agricultural products from the Mekong Delta region. The building will be built on an acre of land in a rural area and will be accessible to farmers and sellers who sell their products at the exhibition center. The exhibition center will provide a space for farmers to showcase their products, as well as a place for buyers to find products they are interested in. The building will also include a cafe, library, workshop, and laboratory.
