VIVIFICARE

Vivificare- latin for giving life: Looking at architecture from an anatomical viewpoint, the building becomes the human. The facade becomes the "skin" of the design, where the geometry gives the building its life-representing that of a lung. Being the main component of the building, everything unfolds around the lungs of the building. The weaving and protrusion of the form through the floor creates sub-spaces with a interesting atmosphere. The open floor plan of the building builds a sense of togetherness as well as remaining adaptable for the future of the building.
