I am Arch. Allan P. Catacutan, MME-Grade A Architect (Qatar). I have more than 15 years of experience in Architecture/Construction field. From design concepts, preparing tender documents, BIM Modelling (Architecture and Structural), BIM Clash Detections and Fire Safety planning are my experiences as an Architect. I know AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Naviswork and D5 Render.

This is a Renovation of Two(2)-Storey Residence. Repair of roofs, repainting of exterior walls and interior walls, additional lights, re-tiling, ceiling repair and other necessary works.

This is Residential Project which comprises three bedrooms, living area, dining area, kitchen, big balconies and terraces. The motif of the project is modern-type residential with full-glass windows to showcase and experience good ventilation inside the house,

The Project is a Four-Storey Commercial Building which is Retail/Restaurant at Ground Floor and Offices at Upper Floors. It was constructed at Tarlac, Philippines. I has total built-up area of 960 sq.m. Its construction cost is P15,000,000.00.
